Benefits Program

Integrity Administrators handles the billing for the Sacramento County Bar members. Association members and their employees, actively working 30 hours or more per week, are eligible to enroll during the 30 day waiting period after your hire date. Coverage will be effective 1st of the month following the waiting period.

 

For new Group Enrollment:

~ Complete Appropriate Application For Benefits
~ Remit 2 Months Premium Plus $25 Administrative Fee Payable to Integrity Administrators (subsequent administration fee is $20.00 per month)
~ Mail Application & Fees to:
